Real Patients, Real Results!
Pearl®/ Pearl Fractional®
Laser treatments can improve the overall texture of your skin while diminishing the appearance of fine lines and scars. We offer three laser options to improve the texture of your skin. These include; Pearl®, Pearl Fractional®, and Fraxel®.
During the laser resurfacing procedure, the surface layers of the skin are removed; this helps to stimulate your body's natural production of collagen. This resurfacing can also remove brown spots, redness and lines, but requires a healing period before the surface of the skin returns to normal and you can see the full benefits of the treatment.
Pearl® Laser is a non-ablative (gentler) resurfacing technique with shorter healing time but requiring more treatments to achieve the desired results. The dramatically effective Pearl laser can replace the sun-damaged top layer of skin with a healthy, newly formed layer of skin. At the same time, it radiates heat into deeper layers of the skin; this stimulates new collagen development, filling and softening fine lines and wrinkles. New collagen is generated for four to six weeks after your treatment. The combination of newly revealed skin and decreased wrinkling results in a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance.
Pearl® laser rejuvenation addresses the upper layer of the skin with therapeutic light in carefully calculated pulses. The skin’s surface (the epidermis) is removed in a gentle way, allowing the skin to activate its healing response. This protective layer that develops on the skin will slough off approximately three days later, and reveal healthy new skin underneath. In most cases, patients can enjoy results after just one or two skin rejuvenation treatments.
Pearl Fractional® is a more aggressive laser resurfacing option leaving patients with longer healing time but more dramatic results in only one or two sessions.
For the treatment of more subtle, but extensive facial scarring such as that seen after a significant acne or surgery, Fraxel® laser may be an excellent option. Over several sessions and with limited downtime, Fraxel® Laser makes the skin surface more uniform in texture.
